Program Evaluation Toolkit
CINDERELLA 2.83:
CINDERELLA is a program evaluation application built off the VBA programming language and is thus implementable inside excel without the need for an additional program. It was designed with the goal of making program evaluation as simple and easy to understand and implement as possible without the need for extensive experience and/or training. It is currently in the Beta stage of development and therefore I have included some "dummy" numbers/variables for ease of use. Please feel free to download the program and provide me with feedback on the usefulness of the program or any other suggestions you may have (even if you think it wouldn't be of any value. I'm completely willing to not even launch it if you don't think it would prove to be a useful toolkit or provide added value). As it currently stands, I have completely coded for three indicators in the Adult Education and Family Literacy field -- everything else is coded up to the database and Time-Series analysis. Have fun!!
